The Athletes Equation is the solution for individuals looking to train to reach elite levels of performance in athletics and everyday life. With over 3000 square feet of space filled with equipment designed to provide the trainee with a training experince similar to that of a world class and professional athlete. The Athletes Equation is home to athletes who compete on a professional, international, and national level. The facility is designed for training small to large groups and is full of high quality equipment that is engineered to meet the demands of elite athletes.
Sports Performance Training
This program is designed to help athletes of all ages to achieve elite athletic performance. By using our traiing program which is designed to reduce the risk of injury, promote strength and power, improve agility, increase speed and coordination.
Our program has athletes of all ages and all ability levels from all over Rhode Island and Massachussetts including Cumberland, Lincoln, Woonsockett, Pawtuckett, Central Falls, Smithfield, Johnston, Attleboro, North Attleboro, Wrentham, Plainville and Franklin.

Small Groups and Bootcamps are a very affordable option to reach the same levels of fitness achievement seen with our personal training clients. We offer special rates on small group training if you don't feel like training alone. Bring a friend, a loved one or perhaps a co-worker and reach your fitness goals together. Our bootcamps are a fun and energetic way to reach overal fitness. These groups are 8-12 individuals large and people can participate at any level of training and fitness.
